We can source many name brands such as FlexFit, New Era, Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, Oakley, Taylor Made, Richardson to trademarked fabrics like Realtree and Mossy Oak.

In addition to the name brands available to us, we can also recommend a variety of quality price point options for those needing lower price points for larger volumes.

While most orders still use embroidery on the front or side of the cap, other techniques we can look at are: Puff embroidery, Patches, Lasering, and even Heat Sealed Logos!

If you can plan ahead we can also have a custom cap created just for you. Longer lead times are needed - but it's worth it for the cool custom features that you can only get when you go offshore!

A couple of examples would be embroidery on the brim (top or bottom), patterns or text that run from the brim onto the front crown, custom printed inner sweatband, custom inner label, custom back closure, custom text within sandwich peak, full colour sublimated front or side panel, and custom colour blocking.

The process is relatively simple to start this project, we just need the lead time, so think ahead and let’s work together to create something that is uniquely yours!
